On 5 December, Consul-General Li Dong was invited to attend the Christmas celebration held by the Chinatown Adelaide SA Inc. Deputy Consul-General Pi Lijun and Consul Zhong Xingxiang attended the celebration. More than 80 local officials and representatives of the local Chinese community, including Ms. Lucy Hood MP, representing Premier of South Australia and Minister for Multiculturalism, and Ms Adriana Christopoulos, Chair of the South Australian Multicultural Commission, attended the event.
